Exchange & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your new stationery! While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges or replacements under the following conditions:

1. 48-hour Exchange Window

If you change your mind about a design, you may exchange your unopened notepad for another item of equal value within 48 Hours of delivery.

• Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the notepad must be in its original, unopened clear packaging and free of any bends, marks, or signs of use.

• Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Oh no! If your notepad arrives with "Spoiled Apples" (damaged in transit) or if we sent the wrong design by mistake:

• Our Promise: We will send a brand-new replacement at no additional cost to you.

• Process: Please email a photo of the damage and the packaging to enchantedchaptersinfo@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right immediately.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that the following cannot be exchanged:

• Digital downloads (if applicable).

• Items purchased on "Final Sale" or during clearance events.

• Notepads that have been removed from their protective sleeve.

How to Start an Exchange

1. Email us: Send your order number to enchantedchaptersinfo@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange Request."

2. Pack it up: Once approved, securely package your item  to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

3. Get your new goodies: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship out your new selection!
